Position: Service Advisor

We're looking for someone who is:

Presentable and professional Clean and organized Friendly with excellent communication skills Reliable, trustworthy, and enthusiastic Knowledgeable in automotive/mechanical systems (an asset!) Passionate about the automotive industry -- especially performance, customization, and high-end builds Able to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
What You'll Do:

Greet and assist customers Schedule appointments and manage work orders Order automotive parts and track incoming shipments Schedule jobs and coordinate workflow for mechanics Communicate repair details between customers and technicians Maintain an organized front desk and waiting area Support daily operations within a tight-knit team Be part of exciting high-performance projects and custom builds
Hours:

Monday to Friday -- 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Holiday Break Notice

Our shop takes a well-deserved break over the holiday season.
