We're Lakeshore Auto & Co, a fast-growing, independent garage located in the heart of Thunder Bay. We believe auto care should be simple, honest, and high-quality and we've built a team that reflects that.

Now, we're looking for an

Automotive

Service Advisor

to join the crew. Someone who's just as comfortable talking to customers at the front desk as they are reviewing work orders in the shop. You'll be the link between our techs and clients, helping us deliver top-tier service while keeping things running smoothly.

Your Role:

Supporting day-to-day shop operations alongside the Service Manager Writing up jobs, managing work orders, and keeping scheduling tight Talking with customers updating them, earning trust, and making the complex simple Handling estimates, warranty claims, and ordering parts Following up on inspections and ensuring every job meets our quality standard Helping lead the team on busy days and stepping in wherever needed Coordinate shop schedule and dispatch work to techs effectively Review digital inspections and prioritize jobs with the team Pitch in when needed whether that's helping with tire storage, pulling sets, or assisting someone to their vehicle. Support with occasional inventory counts to keep the shop organized and stocked.

Who You Are:

Experience in a service advisor or shop foreman-type role Organized and proactive, you don't wait to be told what's next Solid communicator whether it's a customer, a parts supplier, or a tech in the bay Know your way around repair timelines and how a busy shop flows Comfortable using Costar or similar shop software Leadership-minded you see yourself growing into a higher role Bonus: Intermediate mechanical knowledge or 310S certification (not required)

Pay: $20.00-$31.32 per hour
