As an service advisor, you will play a key role as the main contact point setting the tone for the customers experience. We offer online and in class training in addition to the on the job training you will receive to help guide you. In addition, the qualified applicant well be joining our team as we enter our brand-new facility due to open January 2026!
Responsibilities:
Making outbound phone calls as well as answering incoming calls
Booking appointments
Greet and assist customers as they enter the dealership
Conducting a thorough vehicle walk around inspection
Listen to customer requests and clearly communicate service appointment details with recommendations for vehicle
Provide status updates of the vehicle progress
Answer customer questions and concerns in relation to the service visit
Follow up after customer service is completed
Requirements and Abilities:
Valid driver's license with a clean drivers abstract
1 Year of customer service experience
Preferred 1-2 years of experience in automotive industry as an advisor
Previous experience with Reynolds prefered but not required
Efficient with technology and software programs
Organized individual that is self-driven, willing to work in a team setting, exceptional communication skills and the ability to adapt to various situations

Pay: $46,252.37-$100,984.15 per year
