Duties

Greet customers promptly and professionally, providing exceptional customer service throughout their visit. Assess customer needs by listening attentively and asking relevant questions to determine the best course of action for their vehicle. Provide detailed explanations of services required, including repairs, maintenance, and any additional work needed. Utilize sales techniques to upsell services and products that enhance vehicle performance and safety. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service recommendations, and vehicle history. Collaborate with technicians to ensure clear communication regarding service requirements and timelines. Handle cash transactions accurately while ensuring compliance with dealership policies. Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and build lasting relationships.

Requirements

Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in an automotive dealership environment. Strong mechanical knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes is essential. Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly to customers. Sales experience with a focus on upselling services is highly desirable. Proficient in cash handling procedures and maintaining accurate financial records. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to providing outstanding customer service are essential traits for success in this role.
