Due to an increase in service volume we are seeking a service advisor with extensive automotive/service advisor experience who is a professional and brings leadership skills and qualities in this field. This individual must be well organized with previous experience in the automotive industry. This individual must have the capabilities of dealing with multiple customer needs at any one time and be able to manage time and priorities.
This individual must also be strongly sound with the technical aspects of maintaining a vehicle and must have very strong sales and presentation skills. This individual must be able to sell in addition to explain the features, benefits and advantages of recommended services and required repairs to customers while their vehicles are in for servicing.
Excellent organizational skills, being able to monitor open repair orders and current status of vehicles while in for repair, keeping customers informed at all times. Excellent follow-up skills. Process driven and able to take direction and lead while maintain excellent customer service experience standards.

Duties
- Greet customers and assess their service needs
- Provide detailed explanations of services required and costs involved
- Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers on their vehicles
- Upsell additional services or products as needed
- Communicate with the service team to ensure timely completion of work
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Maintain customer records and vehicle history
Other Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge to understand automotive repair processes
- Exceptional customer service skills to build rapport with clients
- Previous experience in a dealership setting is preferred
- Ability to upsell services or products effectively
- Proficiency in cash handling procedures
- Knowledge of automotive repair terminology and processes
- Sales skills to promote additional services or repairs
- Understanding of basic mechanic duties to explain technical aspects to customers
