Core Responsibilities
Customer Interaction
+ You are the first impression, greet our clients warmly and professionally in a timely manner.
+ Listen to our clients concerns and document them clearly so both Orillia Hyundai and the client are always in agreement.
+ Explain recommended services, repairs and costs thoroughly so our clients fully understand.
Service Co-operation
+ Open and manage repair orders in our Dealer Management System.
+ Schedule appointments and manage workflow daily.
+ Constant communication between the Client, Service Advisor & Technician is crucial for customer satisfaction.
+ Promote seasonal packages, specials and preventative maintenances to all clients.
Customer Service & Documentation
+ Organization is key to customer satisfaction, proper handling of repair orders/documents is mandatory.
+ Handle payments, invoices and receipts.
+ Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
+ Build lasting relationships with clients building trust and ease of transaction.
+ Maintain Hyundai Canadas core Key Performance Indexes for customer satisfaction.

Employment Details
Full-Time Position
Salary + Commission bonus tiers
2 weeks vacation after 6 months of employment
Previous experience an asset but not mandatory
