At Bruce Ford, we're looking for a Service Advisor who's ready to keep our customers Built Ford Proud and their vehicles running at peak performance. You'll be there go-to connection between our customers and our service team - ensuring every visit runs like a well-oiled engine.


Your Daily Drive Includes:


Greeting customers with the same enthusiasm as a Mustang roaring to life


Listening, advising, and helping customers steer through their service needs


Translating technician notes into customer-friendly language (no wrench required!)


Coordinating appointments and ensuring vehicles are ready to roll on time

You're a Perfect Fit If You:


Are passionate about cars, customer service, and everything Ford


Have 1-2 years of experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-focused automotive role


Can shift gears quickly and multitask like a pro


Valid driver's licence and acceptable driving record


Are a strong communicator who keeps things running in drive
