Service Writer / Automotive Service Advisor

Overview
We're looking for a dependable and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team. The right person will have a good understanding of automotive service, enjoy working with people, and take pride in providing top-notch customer care from start to finish.

What You'll Do

Welcome customers and make sure they feel prioritized.

Discuss vehicle concerns, gather details, and help customers understand their service options.

Clearly explain recommended work, maintenance needs, and repair timelines.

Coordinate with our technicians to ensure work is completed efficiently and correctly.

Answer customer phone calls, keep accurate records, handle transactions, and stay on top of scheduling.

Contribute to a positive shop environment -- we work hard, communicate openly, and support each other.

What We're Looking For

Solid mechanical knowledge or prior experience in an automotive service role.

Strong communication and people skills -- friendly, honest, and professional.

Organized and efficient, even when things get busy.

Comfortable with phone calls, computers, phones, and basic sales tasks.

A great attitude, reliability, and a genuine desire to provide great service.
