Job Overview:

We are seeking a Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and possess mechanical knowledge to provide exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and assist them with their service needs
- Schedule service appointments and manage the service lane efficiently
- Communicate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Provide estimates and quotes for services and repairs
- Upsell additional services based on customer needs
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a dealership or automotive repair setting is preferred
- Strong mechanical knowledge to effectively communicate with technicians and customers
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle various customer personalities
- Proficiency in cash handling procedures
- Sales experience is a plus for upselling services

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
