Job Type: Permanent Full-time with a competitive wage and group benefits
Key job responsibilities:
Greeting Service customers in a friendly and professional manner
Answering incoming calls and inquires related to vehicle servicing, maintenance and warranty
Providing estimates and options for vehicle repairs, maintenance and warranties
Consult with automotive technicians regarding customer repairs, maintenance and warranty
Provide customers with regular information and updates on the status of their vehicles
Review repair orders and explain the service performed with the customers upon completion.
Close work orders and accept payments.
Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to communicate with customers and technicians in a clear and courteous manner
Strong organizational and time management skills
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
General automotive vehicle knowledge and understanding
Must be a team player with high energy and self motivation
