Responsibilities:
Schedule guest vehicle service appointments
Greet guests and check-in vehicles to the Service Department for their scheduled appointment
Liaise with technicians to ensure proper work flow
Maintain and develop an excellent customer experience and relationships
Be able to multi-task maintaining a high quality of service
Create work orders with accurate information
Provide a complete and accurate written cost estimate for labor and parts when required
Contact customers regarding any changes in the estimate or promised time frame, explain cost and time requirements in detail
Keep service department forms, menus and pricing guides up-to-date
Explain completed work and any/all charges to customers
Follow Brand and Company policies, procedures and service standards
Maintain high customer satisfaction standards
Attend and remain current with brand training
Who you are:
2+ years experience in a service advisor role is preferred
Experience working with a luxury brand is preferred
Exceptional customer service skills
Keen to immerse yourself in high-end training with Genesis
Outgoing & a strong desire to serve people
A positive attitude & always smiling
Flexible schedule
Great organizational & computer skills
Must be able to reliably commute to the dealership
Must be eligible to work in Canada
Nice to haves:
Experience in the automotive industry a strong asset
PBS knowledge is considered an asset
