Overview

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking automotive repair services. Your expertise in automotive repair and exceptional customer service skills will help ensure a positive experience for our clients while effectively communicating their needs to our technicians.

Duties

Greet customers promptly and professionally, assessing their automotive service needs. Provide detailed explanations of services and repairs needed, ensuring customers understand the work to be performed. Upsell additional services based on customer needs and vehicle condition. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service requests, and vehicle history. Coordinate with mechanics to ensure timely completion of repairs and services. Handle cash transactions and process payments efficiently. Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns. Stay updated on automotive technology and industry trends to provide informed recommendations.

Skills

Strong knowledge of automotive repair processes and terminology. Proven ability in upselling services and products effectively. Experience as a mechanic or in a dealership environment is highly desirable. Excellent sales skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Proficient in cash handling and financial transactions. Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively. Solid mechanical knowledge to assist customers with technical inquiries.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
