We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our dealership team. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for customers needing vehicle maintenance and repairs, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish. Duties

Greet customers warmly and listen carefully to their vehicle concerns Schedule service appointments and manage the flow of work in the service department Provide accurate estimates for repairs and maintenance, explaining necessary services clearly Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs Upsell additional services or maintenance based on customer needs and vehicle requirements Handle cash transactions and process payments efficiently Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and foster ongoing relationships Maintain detailed records of service orders, customer interactions, and vehicle history Promote dealership services, specials, and maintenance plans to enhance customer loyalty

Skills

Previous dealership experience is highly desirable Mechanical knowledge or mechanic experience is a strong plus, enabling better communication with technicians and customers but not required Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Strong sales ability with confidence in upselling appropriate services and products Knowledge of automotive repair processes and common vehicle issues is an asset but not required Effective communication skills to explain technical information clearly to customers Cash handling experience for processing payments accurately Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
