We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking automotive services, ensuring their needs are met with exceptional customer service. Your expertise in automotive repair and mechanical knowledge will enable you to effectively communicate with both customers and technicians, facilitating a seamless service experience.

Responsibilities

Greet customers promptly and professionally, assessing their automotive service needs. Provide detailed explanations of services and repairs needed, leveraging your mechanical knowledge. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service recommendations, and sales. Upsell additional services and products based on customer needs and vehicle condition. Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely completion of services while maintaining quality standards. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently. Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. Stay informed about the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques to better assist customers.

Qualifications

Previous experience in an automotive dealership or service environment is preferred. Strong background in mechanics or automotive repair is highly desirable. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building relationships and trust. Proven sales ability with experience in upselling services or products. Solid understanding of cash handling procedures. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers and team members. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
