Job Summary


We are looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Part-Time Service Advisor / Cashier. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting with service inquiries, processing payments, and ensuring an excellent customer experience from start to finish

Responsibilities



Greet customers and provide exceptional service in person and over the phone Assist customers with service questions, appointments, and repair orders Communicate clearly with technicians and service team members Process customer payments accurately (cash, debit, credit) Maintain a clean and organized work area Handle basic administrative tasks, including data entry and filing Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely updates on service progress

Experience



Previous experience in customer service, automotive service, or cashiering an asset Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills (POS systems experience is an advantage) Reliable, punctual, and professional appearance
