As a Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the car buying process, ensuring they find the perfect vehicle to meet their needs. Your ability to build relationships and effectively communicate will be key to your success in this role.
Responsibilities
Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences.
Provide detailed information about vehicle features, specifications, and pricing.
Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle capabilities.
Utilize effective sales techniques, including upselling and cross-selling, to maximize sales opportunities.
Maintain an organized follow-up system for leads and customer inquiries.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets.
Stay informed about industry trends, new models, and competitor offerings.
Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process and beyond.
Experience
Previous experience in retail sales or outside sales is preferred.
Strong customer service skills with a focus on building lasting relationships.
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are essential.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple customer interactions effectively.
