Customer Experience Specialist - Automotive Sales (Non-Commissioned)

Are you a people-person with a knack for great service? Whether you've been bartending, serving, working front desk, or handling phones at a call center, your hospitality skills can take you further at Ride Time. We're looking for dynamic, outgoing individuals to join our team and guide customers through their car-buying journey. No hard sales tactics needed - just your passion for making people feel at home, whether in person, on the phone, or through text and email.

What You'll Do:

Be a friendly and informative guide as customers explore our wide selection of 80-120 pre-owned vehicles, with no need for negotiation. Our third-party technology handles pricing to ensure fairness. Communicate with customers via phone, email, text, video, and face-to-face - always with a positive and upbeat attitude. Manage customer information using our CRM, keeping everything organized and up to date. Utilize social media and texting platforms to connect with customers and share Ride Time's exciting inventory and promotions. Follow a proven, step-by-step system to meet activity goals and provide an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications:

Mastery of the English language in verbal, written, and spoken communication is a must. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with customers. Proficient in using communication tools such as email, text, and phone to engage with customers. Comfortable using social media platforms to interact with customers and promote inventory. Attention to detail when inputting customer information into CRM systems. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

You don't need car sales experience to thrive here - we're looking for people with:

Experience in hospitality

(servers, bartenders, hotel front desk, call centers, etc.). A love for helping people and making their day just a little bit better. Comfort with technology - you'll be using texting platforms, CRM systems, social media, and email to stay connected with customers. A team-oriented mindset and a willingness to jump in and help. A positive attitude and the drive to succeed - we'll provide the tools and training, but you bring the energy and enthusiasm.

: Earn hourly wages plus bonuses based on team vehicle sales - even on your days off! Example earnings: 48 vehicles = $3,938.66 | 56 vehicles = $5,538.66 | 77 vehicles = $8,513.66. A friendly, family-first work environment -

Schedule:

A 5-day work week (includes Saturdays). Saturdays are our busiest days - we call it

Game Day
