Summit Dodge, in Fredericton NB, is looking for an amazing sales manager with a proven track record of moving the needle for their team, who is looking for a new home where they can spend the rest of their career with unlimited earning and growth potential.Responsibilities and Duties

• Work directly with our sales team and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales process
• Assist with the planning, directing and evaluating the daily operations of the new and used car sales departments with our current management team
• Assist the business office with loan applications.
• Be directly involved with customers and take a hands-on approach
• Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing deals
• Assist with the hiring, supervising, coaching and motivating sales staff
• Help manage all aspects of the sales department
• Utilize our CRM on a daily basis to monitor sales activity and drive sales results
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with sales team members and other departments.
• Lead the sales team through the communication of performance expectations, providing direct support as needed to sales staff through participation in sales calls or related activities, coaching sales staff to enhance their effectiveness, and holding them accountable for results.
• Implement promotions and/or special incentives as needed to drive desired business results
• Build strong, lasting relationships with customers and your team.

Qualifications and SkillsFCA experience highly preferred/required

• At least 5 years of experience working in the automotive industry
• At least 3-year experience in an automotive sales management role with a proven track record of success
• At least 1 year working with a FCA store in a senior management capacity
• Experience outside of the automotive industry will be considered given skill sets are transferrable.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a challenging and fast-paced environment
• Excellent problem solving and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills required
• Candidates must have a positive attitude and able to work well with others in a team-based environment
• Complete professionalism and integrity is required.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, plus regularly schedule evenings and weekends.

Compensation

• Salary, to be determined based on experience.
• Sales bonuses based on achieved benchmarks in volume and minimum gross profit targets on a monthly basis.
• Commission pay on own-sourced deals
• Performance bonuses based on a percentage of the bottom line of the Sales Department for both new and used.
