Salary:

$45,000 annually; On-Target Earnings (OTE) of $50,000 with bonus.

Hours:

40 Hours per week, Monday through Friday, Saturday rotation

Key Responsibilities:



Provide a premium vehicle delivery experience aligned with brand standards and commitment to excellence. Conduct final vehicle quality checks to ensure each unit is detailed, fueled, and presented to the highest standard prior to delivery. Lead personalized vehicle orientations, showcasing Audi's advanced technology, safety features, and luxury amenities in a clear and engaging manner. Educate customers on MMI (Multimedia Interface), Audi connect services, driver assistance systems, and other digital features. Review and finalize delivery documentation, ensuring accuracy and that all paperwork (e.g. registration, insurance, vehicle manuals) is complete and clearly explained to the customer. Provide a seamless and professional handover by coordinating with Sales, Finance & Insurance, and Service Departments to ensure readiness and a unified customer experience. Offer post-delivery support including follow-up communication to address any questions or concerns and to reinforce customer satisfaction and loyalty. Proactively stay current with the Audi product lineup, new model releases, and evolving in-vehicle technologies. Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the delivery bay. Assisting the sales team with organizing/merchandising the lot. Shuttling vehicles to and from off site locations. Support ongoing customer relationship efforts by assisting with events, client appreciation programs, and follow-up visits as needed. Act as a brand ambassador by delivering a consistent, professional, and enthusiastic image of Audi St. John's. Complete other related tasks as required to support the sales department and enhance the client experience.

Requirements:



Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role within the automotive, hospitality, or luxury retail industry is strongly preferred. Secondary education (high school diploma or equivalent) is required; post-secondary education is considered an asset. Passion for premium vehicles and enthusiasm for the Audi brand. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to deliver information clearly and confidently. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing an outstanding client experience. Tech-savvy and comfortable learning and explaining advanced in-vehicle technologies. Professional appearance and demeanor in alignment with Audi brand standards. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. Valid Newfoundland and Labrador Class 5 Driver's License and a clean driver's abstract.
