We are looking for motivated and customer-focused

Automotive Sales Consultants

to join our team. Whether you're an experienced sales professional or new to the automotive industry, we provide the tools, training, and support you need to succeed.

What You'll Do



Greet and engage with customers, building strong relationships from the first interaction. Understand customer needs and match them with the right vehicle solutions. Guide clients through the entire sales process--from test drives to final paperwork. Maintain knowledge of our inventory, financing options, and promotions. Follow up with leads and past customers to build long-term business relationships. Work closely with our finance and management teams to ensure smooth deal flow. Achieve monthly sales goals while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

What We're Looking For



Previous sales or customer service experience (automotive sales experience is an asset but not required). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a positive, results-driven attitude. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Willingness to learn and adapt--training provided. Valid driver's license required. Must be fluent in English

Pay: $65,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
