Duties
Facilitate the loan processing and approval process for customers seeking financing options.
Conduct credit analysis to determine customer eligibility for loans and financing solutions.
Negotiate terms of financing agreements with lenders and customers to achieve favorable outcomes.
Upsell additional products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and dealership profitability.
Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions, contracts, and loan documents.
Utilize financial software for processing loans and managing customer accounts efficiently.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to financing.
Qualifications
Proven experience in automotive finance, including prime and subprime lending, is preferred.
Strong understanding of dealership operations and automobile sales processes.
Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to upsell products effectively.
Strong customer relationship management skills with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
