We are seeking a Finance Manager to join our Team!

We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused and results-driven Finance Manager to join our dealership family! We are looking for a candidate with experience in an automotive dealership.

What we are seeking in YOU:

Previous sales experience in the dealership is preferred, with proven track record PBS experience is an asset Valid Ontario G class Driver's License and clean Driver's Abstract OMVIC license is required This is an excellent income potential position and remuneration is based on how much effort you put into the position

What YOU will be doing:

Achieve high levels of sales penetration of products such as extended warranties, finance, insurance and other products sold through the business office Prepare all documentation connected with the sale and delivery of vehicles in an accurate and legal manner and in accordance with dealership policies Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports of activity related to the sale of business office products Ensure maximum approval rate on customers applying for financing or leasing by making use of all available financial contacts and resources Verify insurance on all customers' vehicles and any other transactions Follow up on proceeds from finance sources to ensure prompt payment Provide Product Advisors with information to support the finance and insurance office Process credit applications as required Prepare financing and legal documentation for the purchase of vehicles/aftermarket products Create and sustain solid business relationships with lending institutions and customers in order to create repeat business Other administrative tasks as needed
Previous experience is required, but we are open to individuals with previous transferable skills such as: Finance Manager, Sub Prime, Non Prime, Business Manager, Sales Manager, Sales Consultant, Automotive, FNI, F&I
