We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a positive attitude and a willingness to work in a positive team atmosphere. This position is an integral role at the dealership, serving as the front-line service representative responsible for providing our customers with an exceptional experience while ensuring their financial service needs are met.
Duties and Responsibilities
Working directly with customers to explain and recommend financing options, extended warranties, aftermarket products and other options
Locating competitive rates to encourage customer sales
Processing applications for vehicle financing and assisting customers in getting approved
Verifying that all paperwork is filled out in full, completed correctly, and filed properly
Establish and maintain strong relationships with lending institutions that have multiple program options and competitive rates
Seeking out new programs that will benefit customers and encourage them to buy
Ensuring strict compliance with OMVIC and all Ontario Motor Vehicle regulations
Training the sales team on available financing and programs to ensure they promote these to customers
Coordinate non-dealer-supplied after-market items with the service department
Communicate with and support other areas of the dealership. Support Manager and Sales Team in all areas of need, desking deals, assisting customers, supervising the sales floor, etc.
Take ownership of and successfully resolve problems as required
Maintain a team atmosphere and positive floor culture at all times

Qualifications
2 - 5 years Automotive Financial Services experience
Adaptable to a fast-paced environment
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to explain complex programs to customers
Good knowledge of financial compliance requirements
Analytical and problem-solving skills to assist customers in finding the right vehicle that suits their financial situation
Advanced negotiation skills to get the customer the best rates
Strong sales and closing skills
Additional Requirements
Up-to-date OMVIC license
Valid driver's license
Ability to work Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.
Saturdays are required
.
Ability to realistically and reliably commute to Burlington, Ontario
