Automotive Finance Assistant

Location: Downtown Vancouver (in-person) Compensation: $50,000-$80,000 per year Job Type: Full-time

The Role

We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Automotive Finance Assistant to join our downtown Vancouver office. In this role, you'll support the finance team by managing client applications, organizing documentation, and maintaining strong communication throughout the approval process.

You'll also gain exposure to the full sales and finance cycle, with an opportunity to move into sales and leadership positions as you develop within the company.

Key Responsibilities

? Guide clients through the financing process with clarity and professionalism.

? Collect and verify all required documentation (ID, proof of income, etc.).

? Maintain accurate records in our CRM system and ensure timely follow-ups.

? Support finance managers in preparing and finalizing deals.

? Provide consistent communication and a positive client experience from start to finish.

What We're Looking For

? Must be based in Vancouver and available to work on-site.

? Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.

? Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.

? Emotionally mature and steady under pressure.

? Preferred experience: door-to-door sales, customer service, or other performance-driven environments.

? A disciplined, self-motivated, and coachable mindset.
