Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in industrial electrical work and a strong understanding of electrical systems. This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in various settings, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. The Electrician will work with both high and low voltage systems, utilizing hand tools and power tools to complete tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in industrial settings. Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine wiring layouts and installation procedures. Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform necessary repairs to ensure optimal functionality. Work with low voltage systems, including alarms, communications, and control systems. Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively during installation and repair tasks. Collaborate with other tradespeople to complete projects on time while adhering to safety protocols. Conduct routine inspections of electrical systems to identify potential hazards or areas for improvement. Maintain accurate records of work performed, including any materials used or modifications made.

Requirements

Proven experience as an Electrician, preferably in an industrial setting. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including both high voltage and low voltage applications. Proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics related to electrical installations. Familiarity with hand tools and power tools commonly used in electrical work. Ability to troubleshoot complex electrical issues effectively. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to safety standards. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Relevant certifications or licenses as required by local regulations are preferred.
