Position Summary:

This position is for a 1-year+ maternity leave coverage. Join our dynamic team at Volkswagen Waterloo as a Service Appointment Coordinator, where you'll play a pivotal role in providing exceptional frontline customer service. This position involves more than just managing appointments; it entails efficient scheduling, responding to calls and emails, and engaging with customers. Candidates with retail experience, particularly in a dealership setting, and a dedication to outstanding customer service are highly sought after.

Key Responsibilities:

Warm and prompt answering of phone calls. Efficient scheduling and management of service appointments. Sending appointment reminders and conducting customer follow-ups. Handling customer complaints tactfully and efficiently, in line with dealership guidelines. Providing regular feedback to the Service Manager on customer interactions. Recommending and supporting service process improvements. Recognizing and giving special attention to repeat customers. Assisting in customer reception and other related tasks as needed. Effectively organizing and maintaining records and files. Some administration and office responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications:

Prior retail experience, preferably in a dealership environment. Previous experience with SERTI, CDK OneEighty and other DMS systems Exceptional communication and customer service skills. Strong multitasking, time management, and organizational abilities. Attention to detail and proficiency in administrative procedures. Commitment to maintaining a professional and welcoming work environment.

Contract length: 15 months

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
