Appointment Coordinator
Duties:
- Schedule and confirm appointments for clients
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding appointments
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date appointment calendars
- Coordinate with staff to ensure smooth scheduling and minimize conflicts
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and concerns
- Follow up with clients to remind them of upcoming appointments
- Assist in resolving any scheduling issues or conflicts
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in scheduling appointments
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using computer systems and software for appointment scheduling
