We will fully train you in all areas of the job so you will have the best possible chance to succeed.Your job is to identify and qualify customers' needs for a vehicle and take a credit application over the phone and provide exceptional customer service to complete the process...This is a very unique job hiring time for us and ground floor opportunity for you!Responsibilities and DutiesIn this role, you will:

• Be the first point of contact of Lead Generation and dealership applications
• Deliver an amazing customer experience to our clients
• Processing credit applications, gathering documentation to finalize loans in a timely and efficient manner.

Qualifications and Skills

• Has strong communication skills - written and verbal
• Has a minimum of 2 years related experience and 2 years Finance/Sub Prime Lending preferred .
• Likes to multi-task- Works well as part of a team with minimal need for supervision.
• Enjoys being organized, detail-oriented, and productive
• Has technical aptitude and a good working knowledge of business software applications is a must. (Dealertrack, CRM)
• Has the ability to think on your feet and apply common sense
• OMVIC Certification is preferred
