Clarenville AutoPro - Automotive/Powersports Service Advisor
We\'re Hiring! Our client Clarenville AutoPro is looking for a Automotive/Powersports Service Advisor. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, contacting customers regarding needed repairs, and looking up, ordering/receiving parts. The candidate must have a strong knowledge of Automotive/Powersports vehicles, services, and parts. Our Automotive / Powersports Service Advisor will also help customers with any available services, booking appointments, and fostering long-lasting relationships
What You Will Be Doing:
- Scheduling appointments for automotive/powersports repairs, service and maintenance
- Provide and uphold a 5-star customer experience
- Have a positive attitude when dealing with customers and answer questions promptly
- Keep customers updated on any changes that occur
- Advise customers on necessary services and estimated costs.
- Help educate customers on additional services and products, including special offers
- Follow the journey of a customer\'s vehicle from dropoff to pickup
- Review finished work order with the valued customer
- Looking up parts using electronic catalog, ordering & receiving parts.
- Other duties as requested
