At West Edmonton Alberta, we looking for a best breed of customer experience enthusiasts to join our service team, it’s time to be part of something truly special. We are hiring for a permanent full-time Service Advisor who is the primary touch-point and liaison between our customers and service technicians.

Your positivity will shine when greeting customers. Your excellent listening skills will help to understand customers reasons for bringing their vehicle in for servicing. Your passion for creating an "ultimate experience" will leave you beyond fulfilled and one that your customers will rave to their friends and family about!

What you will do:

  • Happily greet your customers and inspect their vehicle
  • Schedule appointments for service/maintenance/recall work
  • Advise customers about necessary/suggested services and costs
  • Follow the status of the customer's vehicle from service bay entry through completion of work
  • Ongoing customer communication - provide service updates, changes and/or recommendations
  • Upon completion of work, review work order with customer to assure complete satisfaction

What you will bring:
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Your love for providing exceptional customer service.
  • Enjoys a fast-paced environment, is hard working and brings a positive friendly attitude.
  • Must have a valid Class 5 Alberta Driver’s License upon employment
