Available Positions

Accounting Manager / Office Manager

Automotive Accountant

Accounts Payable Clerk

Accounts Receivable Clerk

What You'll Do

Depending on the role, responsibilities may include:

Daily posting, reconciliation, and schedule management Processing payables, receivables, and bank deposits Assisting with month-end and year-end reporting Payroll processing and benefits coordination Vehicle deal posting, funding follow-up, and documentation Supporting the controller and management team with reporting and analysis Ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all accounting workflows

What We're Looking For

Experience in automotive dealership accounting

(PBS experience is an asset)

Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment Excellent communication and teamwork skills A positive attitude and a desire to grow with a successful group Previous dealership accounting experience is

highly preferred

Pay: $38,560.08-$70,000.00 per year
