is a Vancouver-based smart food and beverage automation company.

We are currently seeking an

Automated Cafe Store Manager

to oversee the daily operation of our unmanned cafe locations. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth store operations, cleanliness, customer service quality, product updates, and overall on-site performance.

This position is ideal for candidates with

beverage, quick-service restaurant (QSR), or convenience store supervisor/manager experience

who are comfortable working in a technology-driven, self-service environment.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations of an automated, unmanned cafe location Ensure the store environment is clean, organized, and presentable at all times Monitor equipment operation and coordinate with technical teams for servicing and issue resolution Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and service issues in a professional and timely manner Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations Execute product updates, menu changes, and promotional adjustments as directed by the company Perform routine checks on inventory, supplies, and consumables Identify operational issues and proactively report and escalate when needed Follow and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for unmanned cafe operations Support new store openings, transitions, or operational improvements when required

Skills & Qualifications

Previous experience as a

Supervisor or Manager

in one of the following: Beverage shops (coffee, bubble tea, juice, etc.); Quick-service or fast-casual restaurants; Convenience stores or similar retail food operations Strong understanding of store operations, cleanliness standards, and customer service Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices Comfortable working with self-service equipment and basic operational systems Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work independently Good problem-solving and execution skills

Pay: $48,000.00-$57,000.00 per year
