In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while preparing and serving food and beverages in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

Prepare and serve food and beverages according to established recipes and standards. Operate the POS system to process transactions accurately. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and dining areas in compliance with health regulations. Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers warmly and addressing their needs promptly. Handle cash transactions efficiently, ensuring accuracy in cash handling and basic math calculations. Assist with food preparation tasks, including cooking, assembling orders, and restocking supplies as needed. Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the quality and safety of all food products served. Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive work environment and efficient workflow. Able to take constructive feedback with a positive attitude and eagerness to improve.

Qualifications

Demonstrates maturity, honesty and respect toward management and co-workers Works well in a collaborative environment and helps maintain a positive, drama free workspace. Stays calm under pressure. Consistently shows up on time and follows though commitments. Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Ability to manage time effectively in a busy environment while multitasking. Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing.
