Duties

Perform diagnostics on vehicles to identify issues using schematics and technical manuals. Conduct repairs and maintenance on various automotive systems including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete repairs and installations. Assemble components and systems as required for vehicle repairs. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their vehicle's needs and repair status. Assist in heavy lifting tasks as necessary during the repair process. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency. Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.

Experience

Previous experience as an Automotive Technician, preferably in a dealership setting. Proficiency in automotive repair techniques, including welding when necessary. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. Familiarity with automotive maintenance practices and procedures. Experience using hand tools, power tools, and other equipment relevant to automotive repair. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients about their vehicle needs.
