We are seeking a skilled Automotive Glass Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair or/and glass installation, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This role requires mechanical knowledge and proficiency with hand and power tools to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
Duties
Install, repair, and replace automotive glass, including windshields, side windows, and rear windows.
Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for glass installation tasks.
Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify any additional repair needs related to glass or surrounding components.
Perform heavy lifting as required during the installation process.
Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding services performed and any additional recommendations.
Experience
Previous dealership experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong mechanical knowledge is essential for diagnosing issues related to automotive glass.
Familiarity with hand tools and power tools commonly used in automotive repair settings.
Experience in heavy lifting as part of daily responsibilities.
