We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Automotive Glass Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, repair, and replacement of automotive glass components. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude and a commitment to providing high-quality service to our customers.

Duties

Perform installation and replacement of windshields, side windows, and rear windows on various vehicle models. Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively to ensure precise fitting and secure attachment of glass components. Conduct thorough inspections of automotive glass for defects or damage prior to installation. Collaborate with team members to maintain a safe and organized work environment. Assist with any necessary automotive repairs related to glass installation, ensuring vehicles are returned to optimal condition. Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used during each job.

Skills

Proficient in using hand tools and power tools relevant to automotive glass installation. Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in automotive repair preferred. Ability to perform heavy lifting as required during the installation process. Previous experience working in a dealership or as a mechanic is a plus. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills to address any challenges that arise during installations.
