Collision Appraiser
to join our Body Shop team.
Position Summary
The Collision Appraiser is responsible for providing repair cost estimates to Body Shop customers in a friendly, accurate, and professional manner. Acting as a liaison between the customer and their insurance company, the Collision Appraiser ensures smooth coordination and a positive experience for all parties involved.

Key Responsibilities
Analyze vehicle damages and prepare accurate repair cost estimates
Greet customers in a friendly, courteous manner and uphold professional phone etiquette
Provide customers with personalized service and manage workflow scheduling
Ensure monthly sales goals and quotas are met
Perform quality control inspections and respond promptly to inquiries
Coordinate and negotiate with insurance companies for fair repair processes
Manage estimating systems and perform pre- and post-repair scans
Order replacement parts and liaise with vendors
Offer back-up support when needed (e.g., vehicle cleaning, shuttle service)
Follow health and safety policies, maintain training requirements, and keep the Body Shop Manager informed of issues
Complete all collision paperwork in a timely and organized fashion

Education & Experience
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
Minimum 3 years' experience as a Collision Appraiser (required)
