Auto Body Shop Manager

to lead our team and help take our operations to the next level.

The Role


As the Auto Body Shop Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of daily operations at Custom Touch Auto Body. You'll lead a talented team of technicians, manage shop efficiency, and ensure every vehicle meets our high standards for quality and safety. From building strong customer relationships to tracking shop performance, you'll be the backbone of our success and the driving force behind a positive, productive work environment.

What You'll Do



Lead the Team:



Inspire and guide technicians and staff to perform at their best every day. Provide mentorship, feedback, and support to promote continuous growth and improvement. Foster a collaborative and supportive workplace culture.

Deliver Exceptional Customer Service:



Serve as the face of Custom Touch Auto Body, building trust and maintaining relationships with customers. Provide clear, accurate repair estimates and keep customers informed throughout the process. Follow up to ensure every customer is fully satisfied with their experience.

Manage Shop Operations:



Oversee scheduling, workflow, and technician assignments to maximize shop efficiency. Maintain inventory and ensure tools and equipment are in excellent working condition. Ensure the shop remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards and industry regulations.

Drive Quality and Results:



Inspect all completed repairs to ensure they meet our quality and safety standards. Track repair costs, labor hours, and expenses to maintain profitability. Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies for better efficiency and performance.

Problem-Solve and Innovate:



Tackle challenges head-on with creative, practical solutions that keep the shop running smoothly. Continuously explore ways to improve processes and exceed customer expectations.

What We're Looking For



Experience:

5+ years in the auto body repair industry, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.

Leadership Skills:

A proven leader who knows how to inspire and manage a team.

Customer-Focused:

A professional who values customer satisfaction and knows how to deliver exceptional service.

Organized and Detail-Oriented:

Able to balance multiple priorities, manage schedules, and maintain an organized shop.

Technical Expertise:

Strong knowledge of repair techniques, tools, and estimating software.

A dedication to quality work and a genuine enthusiasm for the auto repair industry.

Pay: $80,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
