All positions will require working independently and as part of a team, working with a child/youth. Interventionists and support workers will assist in developing and implementing goal-focused social, educational, executive functioning, behavioural and sensory programming. In addition, staff are expected to implement the recommendations from the assessment team and other professionals.
Applicant must have:
A degree or post-secondary certificate in a related field.
Experience working with neurodivergent children and youth and their families.
Experience in providing neuro-affirming, relational and trauma-responsive care and support.
Strong written communication skills.
Strong verbal communication skills.
Experience collaborating with teams of professionals on behalf of individuals and families.
A clean Criminal Record check to work with vulnerable individuals.
Driver's license (driver's abstract is required)
Reliable personal vehicle for business use.
