The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating financial records, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations, and identifying areas for improvement within our organization. Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive internal audits to assess compliance with company policies and regulatory standards Evaluate financial statements and records for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to accounting principles Identify potential risks within financial processes and recommend mitigation strategies Analyze financial data to detect discrepancies, irregularities, or areas of concern Prepare detailed audit reports outlining findings, conclusions, and recommended corrective actions Collaborate with various departments to improve internal controls and operational procedures Utilize accounting software to document audit findings and maintain accurate records Support ongoing risk management efforts by providing insights based on audit analysis

Requirements

Proven experience in auditing, accounting, or related financial services roles Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data Knowledge of risk management principles and internal audit procedures Familiarity with accounting software and relevant auditing tools Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred Prior experience with internal audits is highly desirable
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $81,036.60-$95,894.25 per year
