We look for people who have a safety-first mindset, who are collaborative team players, who deliver on their commitments, act with integrity, and who support inclusion.Working at Nutrien will provide you an opportunity to help us raise the expectation of what an agriculture company can be and grow your career.This role reports to the Senior Manager, Corporate Internal Audit & Data AnalyticsWhat you will do:\xc2\xb7 Create and maintain analytical scripts within the GRC platform\xc2\xb7 Assist in the development of continuous assurance program\xc2\xb7 Participate/ facilitate conduct of risk discussion with the business to identify risks for the purpose of continuously improving the effectiveness and efficiency of business processes and controls\xc2\xb7 Participate in the building series of scripts based on areas of risk identified by the business\xc2\xb7 Create automated visualizations (PowerBI) utilized by IA to continuous monitor risks identified\xc2\xb7 Analyze script results and recommend courses of action, including further review and/or audit.\xc2\xb7 Participate in and/or be a key contributor to one or more components of the audit cycle including, risk assessment, planning, fieldwork, and reporting\xc2\xb7 Maintain effective working relationships with Corporate group\xc2\xb7 Exercise sound judgment, and maintain a high level of standards, integrity and confidentiality\xc2\xb7 Maintain the credibility of the IA function by performing work in accordance with the Institute of Internal Auditors\' (IIA) International Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing and Code of EthicsWhat you will bring:\xc2\xb7 1-2 years of audit experience\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s Degree (or higher) in Computer Sciences/ Programming, Commerce or Business program, supplemented with a relevant audit designation (e.g. CPA, CIA, and/or CISA), is preferable\xc2\xb7 Experience with large ERP systems (e.g. SAP/Oracle/ PeopleSoft), data analytics tools (e.g. ACL), visualization tools (e.g. PowerBI) and audit management programs (e.g. High Bond)\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of controls, systems and accounting concepts, practices and procedures\xc2\xb7 Well-developed problem solving, organizational, and analytical skills\xc2\xb7 Strong interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills\xc2\xb7 Demonstrated time management skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities\xc2\xb7 Ability to work in a team environment or independently\xc2\xb7 Proficiency using SharePoint and MS Office Suite including Excel, Word, OneNote and PowerPoint\xc2\xb7 Travel could be required to Nutrien facilities within North America and international locations (approximately 20%)Are you a good match?
