Marketing Automation Specialist, 40 hours/week

Job Location: Saskatoon, SK OR Remote from Canada

Youll be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of our email and SMS marketing campaigns, landing pages and other digital communications using the Salesforce platform. What youll be doing

• Collaborate with the executive leadership team to determine appropriate journeys to deliver maximum ROI.
• Build customer journeys using Salesforce Journey Builder, executing email and SMS campaigns.
• Develop content and list management strategies, implemented through an email and SMS marketing calendar, for maximum efficiency.
• Partner with our internal agency resources to create written masterpieces on mobile-friendly templates with best in-class standards.
• Monitor and improve campaign performance, such as open and click rates through A/B testing and analytics.
• Use digital marketing best practices and HTML for improved targeting, segmentation, and personalization.
• Show your passion for leveraging communication strategies to build customer relationships and embrace the journey.

What you need

• Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years of experience in email marketing/digital design with a marketing automation system, preferably Salesforce Email Cloud.
• Need in-depth knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud with external platform integrations - show off that certification proudly display on your wall.
• Automotive industry experience preferred - because were a bit unique.
• Proficient understanding of journey mapping, email triggers, segmentation, and behavior targeting.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, SQL and/or AMPscript and content design in the context of building/coding/deployment of email campaigns.
• Data driven and analytical - your spouse might not want you to point out flaws, but we would love it.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment - juggling flaming torches? We're impressed.
