What the Role Entails:
  • As a Marketing Automation Specialist you will play a crucial role in developing, implementing, and optimizing our marketing automation processes, workflows, and campaigns to nurture leads, engage customers, and drive business growth.
  • You will be responsible for creating and managing automated marketing campaigns, enabling our team to reach and engage with our target audience more effectively.
  • You'll be a key player in our marketing department, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the success of our marketing strategies.
  • Marketing Automation Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing automation strategy, encompassing lead generation, lead nurturing, customer segmentation, and customer retention.
  • Marketing Platform Management: Administer and optimize marketing automation platforms ensuring data accuracy, segmentation, and lead scoring.
  • CRM Integration: Integrate marketing automation platforms with the CRM system to ensure seamless data flow between sales and marketing.
  • Campaign Creation: Create, deploy, and manage email marketing campaigns, drip campaigns, and automated workflows using marketing platform.
  • Workflow Automation: Build and maintain automated workflows for lead scoring and customer engagement, ensuring optimal lead conversion rates.
  • Email Marketing: Plan, create, and manage email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, content creation, A/B testing, and analysis of campaign performance.
  • A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing to optimize email content, subject lines, and calls to action etc.
  • Lead Generation: Collaborate with the marketing team to build and execute lead generation strategies, including landing pages, forms, and automation workflows.
  • Data Management: Maintain the accuracy and integrity of our customer data, including segmentation, list management, and data cleansing.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of automated campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all marketing automation efforts comply with relevant data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
The Successful candidate will have:*If you feel you have the equivalent skills, please apply*Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of proven experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Eloqua etc.)
  • Familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Excellent knowledge of email marketing best practices.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Certification in marketing automation platforms. (Preferred)
  • Experience managing a marketing automation platform within the insurance industry. (Preferred)
  • Hands-on experience with the Pathway Marketing Automation platform. (Preferred)
  • Proficiency in HTML and CSS is a plus. (Preferred)
  • Knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices. (Preferred)
  • Knowledge of marketing and sales funnels. (Preferred)
