Position Overview
Autodesk is making resilient water infrastructure accessible for all. Our water marketing team connects customers to our incredible technology to create the new possible of drainage design, water distribution, asset management, operational analytics, stormwater, sewer, and flood control, and treatment plant management.
This is an exciting opportunity to use your strategic marketing and storytelling skills to lead Autodesk\'s global marketing efforts for the Water industry segment. You will be part of Autodesk\'s transition to full-funnel audiences marketing, which includes researching customer insights, developing buyer personas and value propositions, creating engaging customer experiences, and creating effective marketing campaigns that drive business growth.
In this high-impact, highly collaborative role, you will establish and grow Autodesk\'s leadership in the water industry, by:
Working closely with stakeholders to clearly position and message Autodesk\'s portfolio of hydraulic modeling and cloud solutions to a greenfield market of prospective customers
Deliver those messages through expertly crafted content that supports awareness and demand generation campaigns
Lead the development of complex, integrated, and omnichannel marketing programs that are audience-centric and support the full customer buying journey to achieve our goals
Create market awareness through thought leadership activities, including articles, speaking engagements, sponsorships, events, and involvement with key third-party organizations
Working closely with other civil infrastructure audience marketing leads and uncovering opportunities to tell a bigger story, increase impact, find connection points, and cross-pollinate with horizontal or convergent content
Continuously monitor the competitive landscape, researching and analyzing customer needs, behaviors, and community sentiment to stay ahead of industry trends and allow teams across the company to maximize their effectiveness
Being a steward for the water industry segment and ensuring sales training aligns with industry marketing messages
Build relationships with customers, industry influencers, and media to positively shape their perspective on Autodesk\'s influence on the water industry
Responsibilities
Successfully lead inbound marketing initiatives across the buyer\'s journey and for diverse audiences tracking budget and ROI and driving continuous optimization across all channels
Create high-quality content including video, landing pages, e-books, scripts and keynotes, presentations, blog articles etc.
Conduct customer research and grow communities to inform messaging, value propositions, buyer personas, and marketing opportunities
Minimum Qualifications
5+ years of experience marketing B2B technology / SaaS products or leading marketing in the water sector
Knowledge of the water industry or adjacent civil infrastructure segments is preferred, but not mandatory
Exceptional writing, communication, and public speaking skills
Ability to travel 10%

Salary is one part of Autodesk\xe2\x80\x99s competitive package. Offers are based on the candidate\xe2\x80\x99s experience and geographic location. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on discretionary annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock or long-term incentive cash grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
