Homestar is looking for a dedicated and experienced Attic Insulator to join our growing team. If you're passionate about delivering high-quality work and enjoy a hands-on, fast-paced environment, this is the perfect role for you.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure all equipment is in proper working order before use.
• Utilize hoses and compressors to spray insulation in attics, crawl spaces, and other tight spaces.
• Clean trucks and equipment regularly to maintain efficiency.
• Comfortable working in elevated areas and tight spaces.
• Assist in all necessary preparations to ensure seamless installation.
• Leave each job site clean and neat for the next phase.

Requirements:

• Experience with vapor barriers, batt insulation, and blown-in insulation.
• General construction knowledge and understanding of insulation processes.
• Proven experience as a carpenter is required.
• Class 5 Driver's License and a clean driver's abstract.
• Own transportation to commute to job sites.
• Clean Criminal Clearance and background check.
• CSA-approved steel-toed safety boots.
• Strong physical fitness to meet job demands.
• Consistently follow safety protocols.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
• Strong critical thinking and active listening abilities.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
