Homestar is looking for a motivated and reliable Attic Insulation Assistant to support our Attic Insulator team. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, are ready to take on a hands-on role, and want to grow with a great company, this opportunity is for you!

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and setup of insulation equipment.
• Help load and unload insulation materials at job sites.
• Aid in spraying insulation in attics, crawl spaces, and other tight spaces under supervision.
• Provide general support to the Attic Insulator, including moving materials and assisting with equipment.
• Ensure all job sites are left clean and organized at the end of each workday.
• Follow all safety protocols and assist in maintaining a safe work environment.
• Assist with the maintenance and cleanliness of equipment and trucks.
• Work alongside the team to meet project deadlines efficiently.

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of construction tools and materials is an asset.
• Willingness to learn about insulation processes and safety practices.
• Comfortable working in tight spaces and at elevated heights.
• Strong physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy materials.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Must be able to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation to commute to job sites.
• CSA-approved steel-toed safety boots are required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical demands of the job.
• A strong commitment to safety and customer satisfaction.
