Bar Manager

FOH / Back of House (BOH) Supervisors

Experience

: Demonstrate a proven track record in the restaurant and/or hospitality industry, showcasing strong leadership and management skills.

: Possess comprehensive food handling and management experience, ensuring top-tier operational standards.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient restaurant management and customer satisfaction. Supervise and train staff in customer service, cashiering, and food handling practices. Ensure compliance with FoodSafe and Food Handler Certification standards. Foster a positive work environment through effective team management and communication.
