We are a growing construction company specializing in single-family homes and duplex builds throughout Vancouver and Burnaby. We're looking for a hands-on

On-Site Construction Manager

who brings strong leadership, practical problem-solving skills, and solid carpentry experience to our team.

What You'll Do

Oversee day-to-day site operations for single-family and duplex construction projects Coordinate and supervise trades, subcontractors, and site labour Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard Read and interpret construction plans and specifications Maintain project schedules and support budgeting and material planning Perform carpentry tasks as needed and provide hands-on support onsite Communicate regularly with the owner and project stakeholders Keep the site clean and tidy

What We're Looking For

Experience managing residential construction sites (single-family or multi-unit experience preferred) Solid understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and residential construction practices Ability to lead crews, coordinate trades, and keep projects on schedule Strong communication and organizational skills Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation

Pay: $60,128.47-$81,036.53 per year
