Enforce and maintain health and safety regulations, including cleanliness, sanitation, and proper food handling.
Create and implement standard operating procedures for the kitchen to ensure efficiency and smooth service.
Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, Cutting, Preparation, time management, and ensuring kitchen cleanliness and organization.
Maintain positive relationships with suppliers and ensure the quality of ingredients.
Work closely with Chef, Kitchen Staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
