We're looking for a dynamic

Sales and Marketing Executive

who thrives on building connections, creating impactful campaigns, and driving enrollment growth at our center.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise end to end daily operation for the learning centre. Design and manage

social media campaigns

to build brand awareness and generate leads. Build and maintain

partnerships with schools, recreation centers, and community organizations

. Actively promote Code Ninjas programs at

local events, fairs, and community activities

. Support the creation of marketing materials and outreach strategies to highlight program value. Drive

student enrollment growth

through direct sales efforts, lead follow-ups, and referrals. Track and report on marketing performance, partnerships, and enrollment numbers.

Qualifications & Skills

Proven experience in store operations

, or community engagement

(experience in education or children's programs is an asset). Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with parents, schools, and community leaders. Self-motivated,

go-getter attitude

, and results-driven. Proficiency with social media platforms and digital marketing tools. Comfortable working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends for events.

Compensation

Fixed base salary

plus

commission structure

based on enrollment and partnership growth.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $2,400.00 per month

Expected hours: 30 - 35 per week
